WTL-A200 Load moment indicator is composed of sensor, operational amplifier, control actuator and overload indicator. It integrates display, control and warning into one system. When the crane lifts a load, the sensor detects deformation and converts the weight into an electrical signal. When the load reaches 90% of rating, it triggers an alarm; if it surpasses the rating, the power is disconnected immediately.
It is widely used in overhead travelling cranes, elevators, and portal/tower cranes to alert operators if the lift exceeds the safe operating range, physically locking machinery in unsafe circumstances.
